Curating conversations
I’m a steadfast communications specialist with a master’s degree and three years of professional experience planning and executing successful campaigns.
I aim to use my marketing and communications expertise to “curate conversations” to ultimately improve the quality of life for others, specifically those in marginalized groups.
As Marketing Manager for the Greater Richmond Partnership, a top 20 U.S. economic development organization, I work to help domestic and international medium- to large-sized enterprises choose to locate new or expanding businesses in Greater Richmond, Virginia. These companies create new jobs for residents and provide capital investment for needed community services.
Three company projects I’m proud to have assisted include:
The LEGO Group’s $1 billion, 1,761-job carbon-neutral manufacturing facility,
CoStar Group’s $460 million, 2,000-job corporate campus, and
Plenty Unlimited’s $300 million, 300-job carbon-neutral indoor vertical farm.
I also enjoy serving my community by participating in various professional member organizations. I’m currently Secretary for the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association Richmond Chapter and Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee with the Public Relations Society of America Richmond Chapter. I’m also an active member of the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce.
